Role

Use the Role term to filter people based on whether they had a particular role in an event. Returns true when the subject's Role name passes the filter condition described by the term's Text Filter properties.

The term evaluates the Role name. Note that the Role label is different. The Role name is specified by the records read from the genealogy database and does not change based on language settings. The Role label is determined by several factors including the Role name but may be adjusted based on language settings.
