Primary or Non-Primary

Use the Primary or Non-primary term to filter tags based on whether the tag is primary for the subject.

• Returns true when the tag is primary for the person and "Primary only" is selected, or
• Returns true when the tag is not primary for the person and "Non-primary only" is selected.
