Gedcom Publisher Version 1.09 Released

This release includes several enhancements including:

Name Icons facility
Person Image User Item
Anchor Enhancements
- The Heading User Item now includes an Anchor Name property to make it easy to assign an Anchor to a Heading.
- The new Chapter Contents User Item adds a table of contents to a chapter by searching for Heading User Items in the chapter that have an Anchor Name.
