Overview
The Chapter Contents User Item adds a heading and a table of contents to the current chapter with items created from the Heading User Items that are in the same chapter and have an Anchor Name.
Properties
Title
The Title property defines the text of the heading that is added to the page, and also identifies the User Item in the User Items list.
Enabled
See Enabled in the Common Properties section of the User Items help page.
Page Break Before
If Page Break Before is checked, Gedcom Publisher will add page-break-before: always to the CSS styles for the Chapter Contents heading. E-book readers that support the page-break-before property will render the Chapter Contents after a page break.
Heading Level
The Heading Level property determines which HTML element is used to render the heading, h2, h3, etc.
It's usually best to leave the Heading Level set to the default, which is "h2".
